Windows, Doors & Façades 2025: review and new perspectives from the Middle East’s premier industry fair

Returning from Windows, Doors & Façades 2025—the Middle East’s leading event for the window, door, and façade sector held last November in Dubai—we come back full of fresh insights and innovations.

Given its importance, this year’s event again attracted a large crowd: over 100 exhibitors and more than 12,000 visitors from every corner of the globe gathered from November 24 to 27 at the Dubai World Trade Centre to experience firsthand the best the industry has to offer, showcasing cutting-edge solutions and emerging trends.

Carminati at Windows, Doors & Façades 2025: Balancing timeless classics and innovations

Amidst these dynamic days, we reconnected with clients and partners with whom we have forged strong synergies over the years, while also engaging with numerous architects, interior designers, and professionals who showed keen interest in our products, recognizing their superior quality and distinctive design.

This year at our stand, we showcased three key product types:

  • Skyline Bifold, one of the most beloved systems in the Skyline Minimal Frames collection, previously exhibited at the AIA 2025 show in Boston last June. This window drew attention for its ultra-slim profiles and distinctive “book-style” folding opening, ideal for expansive spaces.
  • Seaview, our most dramatic pivot door, a true design element that captures the eye with its exterior mirrored finish, accented only by a wooden band.
  • Curtain Wall Window, our new product premiered at this fair, the window that sparked the most curiosity and interest. Unlike traditional windows, this one is designed to be entirely customizable according to client preferences and needs, making it a highly versatile solution adaptable to any environment and style.

Window trends 2026: minimalist, smart, and design-driven

Windows, Doors & Façades 2025 also offered an opportunity to explore the design trends shaping the window industry for 2026.

Next year will continue to see dominance from windows with slender profiles, expansive glass surfaces, and natural finishes. Consumers increasingly seek elegant, lightweight products that enrich spaces without overwhelming them, favoring natural finishes that create visual continuity.

Another emerging trend is the shift towards viewing windows not just as functional elements, but as design features that become focal points within spaces. Future windows won’t just be beautiful but also “smart”: integrating innovative technologies like biometric opening sensors or remote app controls, alongside intelligent systems to monitor indoor air quality and humidity, enhancing overall climate comfort.
