Production
The absolute quality of production process
The production of a window frame is a complex process that combines craftsmanship, technology, and environmental responsibility.
It all starts with the selection of the wood, sourced from sustainably managed forests certified by FSC. The raw material is carefully chosen, favoring defect-free laminated timber and excluding knots, cracks, or imperfections that could compromise durability.
The production process follows a structured, closely monitored cycle at every stage: cutting and profiling using advanced machinery; profile joining; sanding by both machine and hand; painting; and assembly of hardware and glass.
Before shipping, each window frame undergoes a strict quality control process. Only products that pass all tests are packaged and prepared for delivery. Each window frame is labelled with order and destination data to ensure full traceability of the frame.
