In a small commune near the town of Vertova, stands a traditional looking villa, featuring a splendid garden and an enviable view over the Seriana Valley ant its mountains. The atmosphere that permeates it, the surrounding light and colors as well as the overall tranquility of the area make Villa Vertova a quiet place to enjoy moments of sheer relaxation. The living area is an open space, whose center features staircase on one side, and columns of the built-in kitchen on the other. The space is fluid and extremely welcoming, with various spots to sit and look at the environment from different perspectives. The bespoke kitchen made by Atmosfera consists of three elements: the abovementioned wall columns, a large central island and a smaller one placed in front of a fixed window. Furnishings are arranged in continuity: the kitchen island, dining table and a fireplace on the back wall create alignments that lengthen the already quite ample space and instill harmony and order.

The true protagonist of this project is free and abundant natural light, brought in by all the windows of the Skyline Minimal Frames collection. Lift& Slide Skyline Sliding doors are privileged openings that offer large glass surfaces and are combined with motorized transom windows, an ideal solution for hard-to-access spots, like in this case.

Villa Vertova furnishing colors and finishes recall those of its Skyline windows to blend into a truly elegant chromatic harmony. Oak wood, left natural with a brushed oil finish, provides materiality to the exceptionally narrow wooden frames. From the outside, windows profiles are protected by bronze satin aluminium cladding, perfectly matching with the bronze finish of the Skyline Handle, embedded bottom guide of the lift-and-slide systems and glass spacers.

All openings feature a motorized sunscreen with aluminium slats – a truly functional asset that makes it possible to filter the light and precisely match a specific need, starting from total shielding or creating more shaded effects using intermediate slat adjustments. The large motorized awning that covers part of the external terrace completes the equipment of shielding devices for this house, which is exposed to an abundance of light and air, but definitely well sheltered and thermally insulated by all components of Carminati window system.
