Villa Palma de Mallorca

A gem among the Balearic Islands

Villa Palma de Mallorca is a true gem nestled in the calm and tranquility of gently rolling hills, offering enchanting views over the valley and the nearby bay.

Architect Joan Miquel Seguí designed the property with numerous glass openings, allowing guests to enjoy these breathtaking vistas from every corner of the house.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a terrace and an exclusive en-suite bathroom, while the open-plan living area and guest rooms are situated on the first floor.

The terraced garden and expansive infinity pool add an exotic touch to the villa, transforming it into a private paradise, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a pleasant holiday, far from prying eyes.

Skyline Minimal Frames and Villa Palma de Mallorca

The light, elegant design of the Skyline Minimal Frames collection perfectly captures the allure of the pristine nature surrounding the home.

The slim, laminated oak wood profiles of just 37 mm thickness make way for large glass surfaces that flood the luxurious interiors with natural light, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. This sense of spatial continuity is further enhanced by the double glass wall in the living area: on one side, six fixed windows spanning 11 meters; on the other, a five-panel sliding door opening onto the pool.

Skyline Sliding features a patented sliding system with an embedded bottom guide in the floor, which allows maximum sliding smoothness and reduces maintenance by preventing the entry of dust or dirt into the bottom track groove. Each window has custom finishes to perfectly match the home’s color palette.

Finally, the polished anthracite handles of the Prestigio Line accentuate the contrast with the warm tones of the wood, giving doors and windows a refined look that beautifully complements the villa’s style.
