Villa Roma
Fluid space and landscape perception in a historic neighborhood of Rome
At first glance Villa Roma reveals itself in all its essentiality. The living area features a large open space with white ceiling and walls, light larch parquet flooring, and a few furnishings in natural tones, carefully balanced and arranged. Light and open space influence the style of every detail, and the resulting language is modern and timeless.
The living room and dining area, once divided into many small rooms, are now airy thanks to the fluidity of the renovated environment and the presence of large windows and glazed openings. The walls are like white canvases from which the primary elements emerge: above all, the staircase with a minimal design that stands at the center of the space, unfolding with a decisive and free gesture, strongly graphic in character.

Skyline Minimal Frames and Villa Roma
In Villa Roma, the window becomes a continuation of the wall, a thin line separating the room from the landscape, an invisible frame for the stunning green view of the park. The pure white of the walls is echoed by the windows from the Skyline Minimal Frames collection, seen here in the fir version with a lacquered finish. The profiles of the large glazed surfaces in the living area help to shape the space and make the transition between indoors and outdoors as discreet as possible.
The horizontal pivot windows and other hinged windows interact with the furnishings, creating an orderly environment dedicated to the individual functions of living. The hopper window, a transparent screen above the desk in the bedroom, is one example.
