The evolution of the classic slim version window
The evolution of the classic, further reduced in order to create a design model and additional simplicity. The Klima 80 becomes Slim, by reducing the profile widths to the minimum of only 70 mm for door leaves and 75 mm for the frame. The bottom traverse of windows is decreased to reach 60 mm including the drip rail. Everything happens without altering the energetic performances and acoustic insulation as the thickness of 80 mm is maintained for all profiles.
An additional aesthetic detail is the possibility to customize the glazing bead profiles, as in Klima 80 standard model. This system can be manufactured in its standard version with trims and visible hinges, or in a special version with flush internal/external wall installation and concealed hinges.
Thermal transmittance of the frame:
Uf = 1,39 W/m2K (fir wood finish) – UNI EN 1077-2
Thermal transmittance of the frame:
Uf = 1,71 W/m2K (oak wood finish) – UNI EN 1077-2
Water tightness: EN 1027 – UNI EN 12208 Class 9A
Air permeability: EN 1026 – UNI EN 12207 Class 4
Wind resistance: EN 12211 – UNI EN 12210 Class C5
Noise reduction up to: RW = – 44 dB
- Wooden window
- Frame thickness 80×75 mm
- Leaf thickness 80×70 mm
- Silver coloured Maico Multitrend
Performed in three phases before the hardware is assembled:
- Primer application by immersion
- Intermediate spray finish
- Final spray finish.
The whole process is performed with water-based ADLER products and the window is followed by a guarantee on the duration of the paint (see illustrative brochure).
The surfaces are completely sanded and finished by hand in every part.
High-resistant vinyl-based glues are used on the joints according to DIN 68602 Group B3 Standards
Using tenons with open crosssection and two dowels
Triple, thermoacoustic, supplied by DEVENTER in PURENE S which is age-resistant
Integrated within the external aluminium cladding for windows and Maico transit threshold with thermal cut in aluminium alloy, H. 25 mm for patio doors
33.1 af/15/33.1 af (double laminated safety glass, for windows and patio doors)
